Return Policy

Returns are accepted for any reason, but please give us a brief explanation as to why you'd like to return the item so that we can continue striving to be better. At the instant, we are unable to return a product that has already been exchanged once.

To initiate a return, click on this link or email us at contactus@eshooper.com to return an item. We provide 7 days to refund, replace, or exchange the products. Your request will be queued up and you will be contacted by our team soon. We try our greatest to pick up the merchandise to be returned via our courier partners. In case we aren't able to find a courier partner which pickup from your location, then we request you to self ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice.

Please email us the courier receipt, once you return the package. When returning your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to gather your return item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable if any applied in your order. You can see shipping charges on your invoice.

If all verification requirements are met, the product is going to be taken for return. The verification process includes checking of Turms tag, checking to be used, and damage.
